Additional sessions judge Triloki Nath Tripathi sentenced three persons, Kuldeep Singh, Ganesh Singh and Machhia Devi to life and imposed a fine of Rs. 5,000 on each after convicting them for the murder of one Pradeep Singh.
Singh was shot dead in Chakseema village under Patori police station area in March 2009 during the holi festival.
The victim's father Vaidnath Singh had lodged a FIR against the three.
