In a FIR filed by Saeeda Parveen the mother of the victim, the man, Subhaan was accused of abusing the minor and issuing threats not to go to the police, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Law and Order) Raj Kishore Prasad told reporters here.
Parveen was helped by neighbours to approach the police and narrate the incident, Prasad said.
The victim would be sent for medical test, he said.
The man was yet to be arrested.
