The followers of Sri Sri Ravishankar attempted to create a world record for most number of candles lit at a time at a place, as everyone who attended the spiritual discourse lit up candles for 30 seconds.
Earlier, the spiritual guru performed a special ritual to mark 'Laxmi Pujan' which was attended by a large number of his followers at Sardar Patel Stadium here.
'Deepotsav 2012' was the culmination of the eight-day-long spiritual discourses held at different districts like Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Anand, Bharuch and Sabarkantha.
