"A group of people raided the village in the early hours and kidnapped the four persons," IG Police Control, Nepal Das said.
Das said the kidnapped persons were probably taken to the Chittagong Hill Tracts in Bangladesh as a portion of the barbed wire fence was found cut.
He said, BSF was alerted and the police and the paramilitary Tripura State Rifles have launched a search in the bordering areas.
