He was 68. He is survived by wife, three sons and six daughters, his family said.
"He was admitted on October 31 following renal complications and died around 3:00 pm," Public Relations Officer of the Apollo Hospital Javed Akhtar said here.
Singh, who was a minister in the Babulal Marandi and Arjun Munda regimes was first elected in 1990 from Panki assembly constituency and regained it in 2000 during elections conducted in undivided Bihar.
