The 30-year-old labourer Md Nasim, died at a construction site of Navyug construction company under NTPC-Barh campus, Barh sub-divisional police officer Raj Kishore Singh said.
This sparked protest by hundreds of workers who demanded compensation for Nasim's family, Singh said.
The situation was brought under control by the police.
