hut caught fire in Phulwaria village in Bihar's Khagaria district in the early hours today, police sources said.
The man, Bicho Singh, perished in the fire from a lamp which toppled over, the sources said.
About a dozen hutments were gutted in another blaze in Bachouta village in the district last night, the sources added.
