According to Park officials, the carcass of the tiger which was believed to have been killed by another tiger in a territorial fight was found near Chinga camp of the Park's Agratoli range.
A team of veterinarians were at the spot for a postmortem examination with the report expected tomorrow, the officials said.
Kaziranga National Park has a population of 114 Royal Bengal tigers.
This was the first case of a tiger dying this year.
