"Personal enemies and some political rivals are behind this (claims by the woman). I am innocent, and her claims are baseless and false. I am prepared for any probe," Jha told reporters here.
Ruling out chances of resigning from the Arjun Munda government following demand from the Opposition, Jha said it was a "conspiracy" and there was no need for him to quit.
Jha replied in affirmation when asked whether he would resort to legal recourse to end these "claims".
41-year-old para-teacher, Soni Devi, had on August 18 claimed she was Jha's wife and had a four-year-old son from this marriage. She had claimed that she "married" Jha a few years after getting separated from her former husband in 1994.
Devi had also raised the issue in September last year before quickly retracting after the minister denied the allegations then.
Various political parties have been demanding resignation of the minister and face a probe after the woman claimed twice about the alleged relationship.
