The woman was kidnapped from the veranda of her uncle's house allegedly by a 23-year-old man Tukuna Nayak and two accomplices on Thursday, Inspector-in-charge of Buguda police station Sushant Sethi said.
Nayak allegedly raped the woman subsequently near a jungle at Budhakhola, he said.
Nayak was arrested yesterday after the victim filed a complaint with the police. His accomplices were absconding.
