"Excise inspectors team comprising M P Singh, Karunendra Singh and Upinder Singh has arrested one liquor smuggler who was identified as Sunil Kumar," Kuldeep Yadav, district excise officer said today evening.
One Maruti Wagon car carrying the smuggled liquor was also recovered, Yadav said, adding, 1,500 quarter bottles of Haryana-made smuggled liquor were recovered.
Kumar had used water cartons to smuggle the liquor into the district, he said.
