One person was killed and 15 others were injured Wednesday when a tempo traveller overturned in Uttar Pradesh's Pratapgarh district, police said.
The vehicle was carrying devotees to Sheetlan Dham temple when the accident occurred in Lalganj area here, ASP, Shivji Shukla said.
The driver of the vehicle apparently dozed off and lost control of the vehicle, police said.
All the vehicle's occupants were rushed to a hospital, where Dheeraj (20) died during treatment while the injured are in stable condition, they said.
