One person was killed and three others were injured when the vehicle in which they were travelling fell into a deep gorge in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir, a police officer said.
He said that the accident occurred when the car being driven by Dupti Lal fell into a deep gorge on the Jammu- Rajouri highway.
"The driver of the car identified as Dupti Lal died on the spot whereas three other persons were injured in the accident," he said.
He said that the injured have been shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. A case has been registered at Rajouri police station in this regard, he said.
