Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav today suspended 10 forest officials for alleged dereliction of duty.
Forest Officer Manoj Kumar Shukla and Regional Forest Officer Pilibhit Rajiv Mishra had been placed under suspension with immediate effect by the CM, an official spokesman said here.
The two officers are charged with dereliction of duty.
Eight other officials of the forest department had been suspended on similar charges, the spokesman said.
