"All of the dead were travelling in the Leguna ( a locally improvised passenger carrying engine-run van)... Three of them died instantly and others succumbed to their wounds on way to or at hospitals," a police officer told PTI over phone.
He said the Leguna was being driven by a 16-year-old conductor of the vehicle, when it's right front wheel punctured and that apparently led to its head-on collision with the bus.
