Some unidentified persons have robbed 10 quintal steel rods and plates from an under-construction site after thrashing the security guard in Dadri, police said today.
The incident took place near burial ground on Kathera road in Dadri late last night, Deputy Superintendent of Police Piyush Singh said.
Robbers overpowered security guard Saurabh and robbed five quintal steel rods and five quintal steel plates from the site where a tower was being construction, he said.
One Rajiv Aggarwal has lodged an FIR in this connection at the Dadri police station, the officer added.
