Khushi Pathak, a resident of Shashtri Nagar colony, was hit by the tractor while she was returning home after purchasing some goods, they said.
The injured girl was rushed to nearby Loco hospital where she died during treatment.
Agitated over the incident local residents torched the tractor, they said.
