Around 100 kg of ganja was seized and one person was arrested for storing the ganja illegally in his house at Somadih village in East Singhbhum district, police said.
Acting on a tip-off that a villager has stored ganja in his house illegally, a police team led by Deputy Superintendent of Police (Patamda), Ajay Kerketta and Officer-in-charge of Bodam police station Vikrant Kumar along with adequate force raided the house of Rohin Singh, the police said.
A quintal of ganja was seized and Rohin was arrested, they said.
