Mexican authorities discovered six bodies in a community in the eastern state of Veracruz, a day after five other corpses were dumped elsewhere in the region.
The bodies, apparently all men, were found in the town of San Juan Evangelista, in southern Veracruz, the state prosecutor's office said in a statement, without providing more details.
On Tuesday, five other bodies were discovered on a road some 75 kilometers (45 miles) from the state's capital, Xalapa. They all had gunshot wounds to the head, a municipal police officer told AFP.
