Eleven children were killed when a school bus collided with a truck in a village in the district this morning.
The mishap took place at 8:AM in Jaheer village when the bus of Akal Academy was taking students to the school, Jalandhar Rural SP (D) Rajinder Singh said.
While seven children died on the spot, four succumbed to injuries in a hospital, he said.
