Eleven Indian citizens have been arrested during surprise raids by Britain's immigration officers in two factories in the west Midlands, official sources here said.
UK Border Agency officers yesterday morning paid an unannounced visit to a factory in Wednesbury and at the company's sister site in Wolverhampton.
Eight Indian men were arrested at the Wednesbury site and three more from Wolverhampton after checks showed that they had no right to work in the UK.
