11 IPS officers transferred in Haryana

In an administrative reshuffle in Haryana, the government today transfered 12 police officers, including 11 of IPS cadre, with immediate effect.

The transferred officers included those of the ranks of Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), Deputy Inspector General (DIG), Commissioner of Police (CP) and Superintendent of Police (SP), an official spokesman said.

A K Dhul, Director General Modernisation has been posted as Director General Human Rights Commission in place of P K Agrawal, who becomes ADGP Headquarters Panchkula.

Sandeep Khirwar, on return from central deputation, becomes new IG security relieving Navdeep Singh Virk of the charge.

Maheshwar Daya, DIG state vigilance bureau has been posted as DIG law and order.
 

Saurabh Singh, Joint CP Gurgaon has been posted as SP Hisar while Bharti Arora, Joint CP Faridabad will be the new CP Gurgaon.

Rakesh Arya, SP Police Training Centre Sunaria has been posted as SP Bhiwani in place of Ashwin, who goes as SP Sirsa, relieving Mitesh Jain.

Vinod Kumar, SP CID has been posted as SP law and order Panchkula.

Among the transferred officers, one included that of Haryana Police Service (HPS), the spokesman said.
