The incident occurred at Sumerpur area.
"A car collided with a jeep after which both the vehicles hit a tanker, which overturned and crashed into a military jeep," Additional SP Prasann Kumar said.
Eleven people were killed in the accidents and 15 injured have been rushed to nearby hospitals, police said.
