11 nomads rescued from Ujh river in JK

Security personnel have rescued a group of 11 nomads from Ujh river here after they were trapped in flash floods, police said today.

A joint team of Army, BSF and Jammu and Kashmir Police yesterday evacuated the nomads, including five women and a child, trapped in the flash flood, Kathua SP Mohan Lal said.
