11 pilgrims from Chhatisgarh injured in road accident

The mishap took place as the driver lost control of the auto-rickshaw that overturned, the sources said.

The injured were admitted to a hospital, where the condition of four of them, identified as Krishna Yadav, Ajrangi Yadav, Phulchand Tiwari and Rajkumar Mishra was stated to be serious, the sources added.

The other injured persons have been identified as Vijay Kumar Kudu, Pradeep Mishra, Babulal Baraiti, Sanoj Mishra, Jagarnath Yadav, Munna Dube and Babulal Agrawal, they said.

The group of pilgrims, all natives of Chhatisgarh's Raigarh district, were travelling on way to Baidnathdham temple in Jharkhand's Deoghar district.
