The incident happened when the jeep veered off and fell some 200 metres down the hilly road in Dhital village in Kaski district at 9 am (local time), police said.
All those killed in the accident were locals, they said.
The injured are undergoing medical treatment at Western Regional Hospital in Pokhara.
This is the second tragedy that has occurred in the district in the span of two days.
On Saturday, the flash floods triggered by landslide killed 17 people and dozens of others have been missing.
