About 30 persons were present in the trolley when it overturned after the driver lost control of the tractor, police spokesman said.
Out of the 12 injured, 11 were women, and they were on way to Sunehra village to work in a farming field, he said.
Three of the passengers who suffered serious injuries in the mishap have been referred to PGI Rohtak, the spokseman said.
