Shop-owner Sunil raped the minor girl last night when she had come to buy some groceries, SP (City) Srikant Yadav said.
On complaint by the victim's father, FIR was lodged, they said, adding, the accused is absconding.
The girl has been sent to government hospital for medical examination, they said. PTI COR
