The arrests were made during intensive raids at the examination centres, Sub-Divisional Officer Subhaschan Mandal said.
While five persons were arrested from JNT centre, three were held from Women's college, two each from Sitaram Memorial and Shyamlal High school and one from Kosi college centre, the SDO said.
