A 13-year-old boy has become one of the youngest persons in British criminal history to be charged with murder, media reports said today.
Martin Thomas, 39, was found at his home in Roehampton in south-west London on April 22. He died from a stab wound that punctured his lung.
The teenager, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, was arrested last night.
