On a complaint filed by the victim's father, a case was registered against one Dinesh Gujjar at Kasaula police station of the district, they said.
Dinesh is absconding, police said adding, efforts are being made to arrest him at the earliest.
Over 15 cases of sexual assault have been reported in Haryana during the past two months.
