Fifteen live hand grenades have been recovered from pasture land at Gomet village near Jaisalmer, police said today.
The shepherds who were taking a herd of cattle on the pasture land spotted bomb like material yesterday and informed the Sarpanch, SP Jaisalmer, Rajeev Pachar said.
The local army unit was informed to send bomb disposal team at Gomet village, he said.
The villagers have been directed to keep distance from the site as the army is yet to possess the live grenades, police added.
