A 15-year-old student allegedly committed suicide after his grandfather scolded him for not studying properly, police said today.
Ajay used to stay with his grandfather Gorang Dev in Daboli area here. Last night, his grandfather rebuked him for not taking his studies seriously, they said.
Following this, Ajay hung himself in his room, they said.
The body has been sent for postmortem, police said, adding that Dev is being questioned in this regard.
