A 15-year-old boy allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at his house following an argument with his mother over kneading flour in southwest Delhi's Dwarka today, police said.

Shiv Sagar argued with his mother over kneading flour and then locked himself in his room, they said.

Since his exams were going on, he was in stress and that might have prompted him to take the extreme step, police said.

No suicide note was found. His younger sister was at home but she was unaware about the incident, they added.

When his mother, who works as a maid, returned around 9 AM, she found the door locked from inside. When they broke the door open, they found Shiv hanging, police added.
