The arrest was made on the basis of information provided by the Intelligence Bureau, they said.
The Bangladeshi nationals were staying with migrant workers from other states.
Police said they were questioned as they had made a lot of calls to Bangladesh from mobile phones.
A case has been registered under Passports Act and Foreigners Act.
