At least 168 children in the age group of eight to 14 years, who were being trafficked to West Bengal and Bihar were rescued from a train here.
"Following a tip-off, a search was started at railway station here yesterday and 168 children, who were earlier engaged in labourer work in bangle factories near Jaipur rescued," a railway police official today said.
"39 persons were detained in this regard so far," they said, adding, the children were shifted to a rehabilitation centre.
