Two persons here have been arrested for allegedly kidnapping a youth of their own village in May this year, police said today.
Accused Kanwarpal alias Kanpala and Vineet alias Kala were arrested on a complaint by Joginder Singh, a resident of Dayal Pur village, police said.
Singh has alleged that Kala and his aides, who belong to the same village, had called him out of his house on the night of May 26 and forcibly took him in vehicle to settle an old score, police said.
Somehow Singh managed to escape from the clutches of the kidnappers to reach home and lodged a complain in this regard with the police.
Police had on August 21 arrested Gagandeep Thapa and Jugga alias Jasvir Singh of Dayal Pur in connection with this case.
