2 arrested for trying to ferry buffaloes out of J-K

Two persons were today arrested in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir for allegedly trying to smuggle four buffaloes out tof the state, police said.

Police at Bunyari in Kathua district intercepted a vehicle in which the duo, identified as Dev Raj and Om Parkash, were taking the buffaloes to Punjab.

The duo have been arrested and their vehicle seized, police said.
