Two men were today arrested and 16 luxury cars were recovered from them in a surprise check near Chatikara here, police said.
Shivam Kumar and Dharmendra Kumar were arrested with 16 stolen luxury cars which they sold with fake papers in various states and also Nepal, SSP Rakesh Kumar Singh said
Furkan, Imran, Bhupesh Khirwar, two brothers Sunil Khirwar & Sonu Khirwar and Krishnaveer Singh of the gang are still absconding, Singh said, adding, the accused have confessed to their crime and also gave out the process of selling the stolen cars.
