Two children were injured when a bomb went off at an abandoned house at Salar in Murshidabad district this evening.
Police said the children, who were brother and sister, were playing in the courtyard of the dilapidated house when they accidentally touched a round object lying in the ground.
Attracted by the sound, locals rushed to the spot and took the two to Kandi Sub-divisional Hospital.
Police were probing the incident.
