The Rajasthan Medical, Health and Family Welfare Department today served charge-sheets on two district chief medical and health officers (CMHOs) for carelessness and not submitting replies to questions sent by the Legislative Assembly.
Kota CMHO R N Yadav and Alwar CMHO Hansraj Meena were served charge-sheets by Additional Director (Rural Health) Sunil Singh for not providing answers to questions from the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly despite repeated reminders, an official spokesman said.
The CMHOs have been asked to respond to the charge-sheets and cites reasons for the failure.
The charge-sheets were served on the officials under Rule 16 of the Rajasthan Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, the spokesman said.
