The second edition of the two-day UEF Trade Summit, scheduled here later this week, will deliberate on ways to effectively influence economic, social and educational development of the country, UEF said today.
An initiative of the UEF Chamber of Commerce, the second edition comes in the backdrop of the "remarkable success" of its earlier edition in 2017, it said in a release.
Union Minister of Commerce and Industry, Suresh Prabu is expected to give the keynote address, even as the summit is likely to witness the participation of a host of industry leaders, it said.

Established industry leaders will use the summit to provide motivation and guidance to start-ups and budding entrepreneurs by sharing their experience, it said.
UEF President Ahmed A R Buhari said in the release that the trade summit, scheduled for November 18 and 19 at the Chennai Trade Centre, followed the "remarkable success" of the previous edition which saw signing of six MoUs, "creating a business value of more than Rs 2,400 crore.
