In two separate road mishaps in different parts of the national capital, two persons were killed while two others were seriously injured, police said.
The first incident took place in Alipur in outer Delhi when a truck carrying bricks overturned. Police rushed to the spot and the injured were taken to a nearby hospital where one of them succumbed to his injuries.
In another incident that took place in Hauz Khaz, a truck allegedly crushed two bikers. The truck driver fled from the spot after the incident. Passersby informed the police and the injured were rushed to a hospital where one was declared dead while the other is recuperating, police said.
