Two youth drowned today while taking a holy dip in river Ganga on the occasion of Ganga snan here.
Mayank Gupta (19) and Om (18) had gone to take the holy dip in Ralpur area when they drowned, Varun Kumar Singh, Circle Officer Lalganj, said.
The bodies have been fished out by divers and sent for post mortem examination, CO added.
