Two alleged drug peddlers were today arrested in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said.
Dinesh Shamra alias 'Kalu' and Pawan Kumar alias 'Marinda' were "notorious" drug peddlers and were arrested on a specific information from Vijaypur area of the district, a police spokesman said.
He said 2.5 grams of heroin, 16 grams of cannabis and 84 parvon spas intoxicant capsules were seized from their possession.
A case under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act was registered against the duo, the spokesman said.
