Additional District and Sessions Judge (XI) Om Prakash Singh found Rakesh Kumar and Sanij Kumar alias Taini guilty of killing Govind Kumar in Ramkrishna Nagar area here on September 23, 2008 and awarded life-term to them.
The court also slapped a fine of Rs 5000 on each of them.
Three other accused were acquitted for lack of evidence.
