Two persons have been arrested here for allegedly illegally possessing intoxicating capsules and tablets, police said today.
Suresh Sharma and Rakesh Sharma, both residents of Jogwan Pallanwala in Akhnoor town in the district, were nabbed last night after being intercepted during routine checking at a security post, police said.
41 bottles, 621 capsules and 108 tablets of various intoxicants were seized from their possession, they said.
A case has been registered against the duo in this connection and investigation started, they said.
