Two persons have been arrested with precious 'ashtdhatu' statue in Mohanganj area, a senior police officer said here today.
Prahlad Lodh and Raju were arrested with the 30 kilogram 'asthdhatu' statue worth rupees 9 crore in the market, Amethi SP Hira Lal told reportrs.
The accused were arrested while trying to sell the statue, stolen from the Banda district a few months back, the officer said.
