Two pilgrims were killed and 30 others injured, included nine women, in separate road accidents in Himachal Pradesh.
A group of 35 pilgrims were on their way from Shahtalai to Pir Nigah when their vehicle rolled down into a gorge at Hariyali near the famous Pir Nigah shrine in Una district today. One pilgrim died on the spot while another succumbed to his injuries in a hospital, SDM, Bangana, Dile Ram Dhiman said.
They have been identified as Anmol and Santokh Singh, residents of village Khalra in Taran Taaran district in Punjab.

In another incident, two Manimahesh pilgrims were injured when the car in which they were travelling skidded off the road near Padhri Jot on Chamba-Jammu and Kashmir border and rolled into a ditch late last night, police said.
They have been identified as Rajnikant and Maneesh, both residents of Bhadarwah area of Jammu and Kashmir, they said, adding they were returning from the Manimahesh shrine.
