Two Ukrainian women tourists were knifed to death and four others injured today by a man at a popular tourist resort in Egypt's Red Sea city of Hurghada, officials said.
All of the victims are women, the interior ministry said in a statement.
The nationalities of the injured women were not clear immediately, it said.

The ministry said the attacker has been arrested and is being questioned.
The man reached the beach of the resort as he swam through another beach, it said.
The reason of the attack is still unknown.
Hurghada is a popular Egyptian holiday resort. It is renowned for its scuba diving. Three foreign tourists were stabbed at the same resort in January 2016 by two suspected militants from the so-called Islamic State (IS) group.
